Join our technical support team as a Brainlab Support Specialist. You'll provide expert service, manage installations and maintenance, and support clinical staff—remotely from your home office.Products : Loop X, Airo. Learn more about Loop X by clicking here .Main responsibilities will include :Independently perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of Brainlab systems (e.g. Loop X, Airo) at hospitals and clinical sitesProvide remote and on-site technical support, guiding clinical users through troubleshooting and system operationEnsure optimal device functionality by conducting diagnostics, upgrades, and proactive service checksAct as a trusted technical advisor for our customers, fostering strong relationships and long-term satisfactionSupport product launches by coordinating setup, testing, and user onboardingDocument all service activities accurately and in compliance with quality standardsCollaborate closely with other teams (sales, engineering, clinical support) to ensure a seamless customer experienceJ-18808-Ljbffr
