Adecco is looking for a Support Engineer II for a leading international company in the logistics sector. If you have experience in onsite technical support and want to join an innovative global organization, this is your opportunity!
What You’ll Do

Handle technical support requests via chat, phone, email, and ticketing system.
Diagnose and resolve issues on Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.
Provide assistance for video conferencing systems and AV equipment.
Accurately document all interactions.

Minimum Requirements

3+ years of experience in onsite IT support (helpdesk or desk-side).
Experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux in a corporate environment.
High school diploma.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to quality and multitasking.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Certifications: Microsoft MCSE / MCITP, ITIL Foundation.
Advanced Linux skills.
Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.
Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex systems.

Contract
Full-time, initial 3-month contract with possibility of extension.
Working Hours
40 hours per week.
Annual Salary
€29,000.
