Role Overview
The Supply Domain Management Specialist is responsible for end-to-end supply planning, ensuring optimal alignment between procurement, sales, and inventory. This role plays a critical part in demand planning, order fulfillment, and inventory control, directly supporting business operations and performance targets. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting, efficient inventory turnover, and timely delivery of orders.
Core Responsibilities
Utilize the company’s PSI tool to manage procurement, sales, and inventory, with strict control over inventory turnover indicators.
Customer Demand Management: Align with product project schedules and resource availability, and communicate with sales teams to confirm a reasonable demand plan for the upcoming six months (N+6).
Responsible for releasing regional PO orders, coordinating production and resources, managing weekly production, anticipating risks in advance, and following up closely to ensure on‑time factory order delivery.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory turnover and clearance of End‑of‑Life products, accelerate inventory turnover efficiency, and ensure achievement of turnover targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; experience with data tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work cross‑functionally with global teams.
Detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory; knowledge of Chinese is considered a plus.
