This role supports demand planning, order fulfillment, and inventory control, and collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting, efficient inventory turnover, and timely delivery of orders.Core ResponsibilitiesUtilize the company’s PSI tool to manage procurement, sales, and inventory, with strict control over inventory turnover indicators.Customer Demand Management: Align with product project schedules and resource availability, and communicate with sales teams to confirm a reasonable demand plan for the upcoming six months (N+6).Release regional PO orders, coordinate production and resources, manage weekly production, anticipate risks, and follow up to ensure on-time factory order delivery.Inventory Management: Manage inventory turnover and clearance of End-of-Life products, accelerate turnover efficiency, and achieve turnover targets.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with data tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.Job DetailsSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Supply ChainIndustries: Computers and Electronics Manufacturing and Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at TCL Electronics Europe.
