Supervision of the completion of the main steps to guarantee product manufacturing, release and delivery according to customer demand.ResponsibilitiesManage Customer demand — Receive forecast and purchase orders, evaluate, monitor trends & variations and promptly discuss them with Planning department; keep SAP system updated with current information; create & update reports.Coordinate internal functions based on Customer requests to meet On Time Delivery; participate in daily Business unit meetings; monitor production and laboratory activities and provide Customers with updates on timelines.Arrange and monitor inbound and outbound shipments of Customer material; coordinate warehouse schedule; prepare shipping documents; interface with couriers & freight forwarders.Issue invoices upon completion of products and services.Be proactive in answering Customer requests after alignment with internal functions such as Finance, Quality Operations, Business Management & Production.RelationshipsInternal: Production Departments, Quality, Planning Department, Business Management, Project Management, Technical Services, WarehouseExternal: Customers, Suppliers, CouriersQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent EducationTechnical Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry or in Supply Chain/Logistics; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Experience with SAP is a plusExperience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry or in Supply Chain/LogisticsLanguages: Fluent in EnglishPersonal Attributes: Proactivity, Flexibility, Accountability, Precision, Problem solving and customer-focused attitude; Excellent communication skillsEmployment detailsSeniority level: Not ApplicableEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Production, Supply Chain, and ManufacturingIndustries: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Biotechnology Research
