OverviewWe offer an exciting opportunity to join our Supply Chain team, based in Bussolengo (Verona), as a Supply Chain Planner, reporting to the Global Supply Chain Director.In this role, you will be responsible for executing supply chain strategies that support business objectives, focusing on supply planning, inventory management, and process improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop tools and insights that simplify planning processes, improve execution, and ensure efficient material availability across the business.You will collaborate with internal departments such as Operations, Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service, as well as external suppliers.What will your contribution be?Create and maintain integrated processes across planning, purchasing, logistics, and manufacturing teams.Act as the key point of contact for Customer Service in Italy and European subsidiaries in case of material shortages.Proactively monitor backorders and ensure timely material planning and delivery.Collaborate with manufacturing plants and commercial partners to optimize inventory levels and minimize excess.Develop and maintain tools and dashboards that provide meaningful data insights and simplify supply chain processes.Produce visual reports and KPI scorecards to support leadership decision-making.Act as a change agent, identifying improvement areas and implementing effective solutions.What are we looking for?Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.3–5 years of experience in similar roles within supply chain or operations.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Strong organizational skills with an analytical mindset.Ability to solve problems proactively and work collaboratively.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of other Office tools.Soft skillsAccuracy and attention to detail.Accountability and strong time management.Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work cross-functionally.Problem-solving mindset and a continuous improvement focus.What will you find?Friendly, warm, and innovative atmosphereHealthy, inspiring, and international and inclusive work environmentTraining and development opportunitiesCompetitive reward packagesSocial and company eventsWellbeing initiatives (welfare)CanteenBenefits (Pension Fund- Health Insurance)What we offer?Full-time permanent positionSalary package range : 35.000 / 40.000 euroTravel depending on business needsplease note that this is a range;the complete salary package will be defined based on the seniority / skills of the personDo you want to join us?
