The RBS Amazon Global Store (AGS) in Beijing is an integral part of Amazon online product lifecycle and buying operations. AGS provides international products to customers shopping on their in-country Amazon site, offer a localized search and browse experience, use local payment methods, end-to-end delivery solutions, access to local customer service support. The main duties of AGS are to maximize the revenue potential of GS ASINs by fixing drop-off in cross-listing, buyability, discoverability, and conversion defects and improve customer experience by fixing detail page catalog defects.Key job responsibilitiesAs an SME of RBS AGS, you will work as an expert to cooperate with people from various team of Amazon and drive implementation of programs, by which to enhance customers' experience and contribute to business profitability.You will have chance to forecast, plan, implement and control the progress of programs, and ensure successful delivery and achievement of goals.Key Performance Areas:Project/program management, including plan, implementation and controlBe creative with new initiativesDive deep, find root causes and build solutionsConsider scalability in solution buildingStakeholder engagementBasic Qualifications- 1+ years of program or project management experience- Knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel (Array and Statistical formulas)- Experience using data to influence business decisionsPreferred Qualifications- Knowledge of analytics & statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL & ETL DW concepts- Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Datazen, SSRS- Experience back office operations, escalation management and troubleshooting environmentsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
