We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as Sub Regional HR Manager for France, Belgium & Netherlands.

Key responsibilities

Support regional leadership in all HR matters, including employee relations, payroll, HR projects, and talent management.
Consult, coach, and advise managers on HR processes, legal compliance, and organizational development.
Drive the implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives across multiple countries.
Manage payroll and HR administration in compliance with local laws.
Analyze HR data and metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Support recruitment, training, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
Ensure alignment of HR strategies with business priorities and corporate policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, Psychology, or related field.
4+ years of HR experience, preferably in international/matrix environments.
Strong knowledge of French and/or Italian labor law and HR practices.
Fluency in English and local language.
Excellent consultative, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Proactive, service‑oriented, approachable, and empathetic personality.
