They must achieve all elements of the Red Bull Perfect Store, including availability, visibility, and additional placements to maximize sales of Red Bull products.Responsibilities:Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimal frequencies in a cost-effective manner.Management and development of the designated area.Maintain and grow Perfect Store standards focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging.Build quality relationships with store stakeholders through effective communication.Influence decision-makers by presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals.Influence store orders to ensure Red Bull range availability.Ensure proper stock levels for range availability and visibility.Secure and improve in-store presence of Red Bull, including placement of POS materials.Ensure promotions are in place and running from the start.Track and audit key in-store metrics using digital tools.Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely.Maintain a growth mindset and proactive approach.Manage and cultivate good relationships.Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills, primarily managing ethnic points of sale, requiring English proficiency.Work autonomously in a field-based environment.Experience in FMCG is a plus.Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Valid driving license and willingness to travel 70-80%.About Red Bull:Since 1987, Red Bull has been inspiring people and ideas.
