Descrizione Lavoro

We are Miroglio Group, international company founded in Alba in 1947, made up of people with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a forward-looking mindset, while never forgetting our roots.
Every day, we act with passion and make things happen, exploring the world of fashion in all its forms: from fashion retail with our 10 apparel brands (including Trussardi, Elena Mirò, Motivi, Oltre, and Fiorella Rubino), to transfer printing with Sublitex, and all the way to integrated logistics and supply chain management.
Miroglio Group is looking for a Strategy and Transformation Manager to join the Group Strategy and Transformation team, which is responsible for actively managing the Group’s portfolio, ensuring the implementation of strategic guidelines, and scouting new business opportunities (e.g. M&A – the team recently led the acquisition of Trussardi) .
You will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and supporting the Group’s transformation, working in close contact with top management and contributing to high-impact decisions.
Your opportunity:
As a Strategy and Transformation Manager, you will work closely with the Strategy and Transformation Director and have significant exposure to the Group CEO and senior leadership. You will contribute to the most important strategic initiatives of the Group, supporting both definition and execution of the transformation agenda, ensuring alignment across functions and timely delivery of key milestones.
This role has a clear development purpose: based on performance and readiness, after 9–12 months the Manager will be evaluated for the transition into the Strategy & Transformation Director role, expanding responsibilities, leadership scope, and ownership of the Group’s transformation roadmap .
Your main responsibilities:
Working under the guidance of the Strategy and Transformation Director, you will:

Support effective decision making through a strongly data-driven approach;
Support or lead, depending on timing and readiness, strategic and transformation projects across the Group, ensuring overall direction and impact, ranging from CEO-level initiatives (e.g., Deputy to CEO activities) to cross-functional transformation programs and strategic planning streams;
Analyze market dynamics and company performance to support CEO and Board discussions;
Drive project governance, monitoring progress, risks, and outcomes;
Take an active role in strategic and tactical planning conversations;
Facilitate cross-functional alignment and change adoption within the organization;
Challenge the status quo by bringing innovative, high-impact ideas to the table.

You can be part of our team if you have:

3–5 years of experience in top management consulting firms or structured corporate environments;
Demonstrated experience contributing to or coordinating complex strategic projects;
Familiarity with project governance and transformation program execution;
Master’s Degree, preferably with an international experience;
Undergraduate degree score of at least 108/110;
Fluent command of English; an additional language is considered a plus;
Excellent analytical skills and strong verbal/written communication abilities.

Professional attitude required:

Analytical and data-driven mindset: without data, you’re just another person with an opinion;
80/20 mentality: focusing on what truly drives impact;
Results-oriented: make things happen;
Ambitious, resilient, and eager to grow quickly;
Strong team player: talent wins games, but teams win championships;
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in complex environments.

What we offer:

A young and dynamic company that believes in talent and puts people at the center;
The opportunity to grow and have a real impact, in a highly meritocratic environment based on performance management and clear, well-defined objectives;
Role-specific onboarding, where you will be trained on our business, processes, and tools;
Continuous training, both in person and online;
Corporate benefits and well-being initiatives (psychological support service, flexible working hours, yoga and Pilates classes, and much more);
Company daycare, with opening hours aligned with business needs;
At least 40% discount on products from all our brands.

Place of Employment:
Alba (CN), with a hybrid work model (office + remote).
