Strategy & Business Development Specialist – Industry & Retail
As a Strategy & Business Development Specialist, you will join the Strategy team within the IT Division and contribute to the growth of ALTEN Italia across the Industry and Retail markets.
The role involves supporting the Sales Management and Executive Team in activities related to analysis, planning, and development of commercial strategies, with a particular focus on building the Value Proposition, defining Go‑to‑Market strategies, and providing pre‑sales support on specific business domains.
Analyze the Industry and Retail markets to identify trends, key players, emerging technologies, and development opportunities.
Contribute to building the company’s Point of View and Value Propositions for each business domain.
Collaborate with technical and sales teams to translate strategic guidelines into clear, market‑differentiating messages.
Conduct competitive benchmarking and support ALTEN’s offer positioning in target markets.
Go‑to‑Market & Sales Planning
Support Sales Division in defining and executing Go‑to‑Market strategies for the Industry and Retail markets.
Contribute to the design and monitoring of the Sales Plan, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Analyze pipeline and performance data to feed the planning and reporting processes.
Coordinate, together with the Practices, the setup of commercial campaigns and targeted initiatives by business area.
Pre‑Sales & Business Domains
Provide pre‑sales support on specific topics and business domains within the target markets.
Contribute to the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials tailored to client needs.
