Strategic Business Partner to the CEO, Reggio EmiliaReggio Emilia, ItalyBilanciai Group, an international group specializing in the creation, development, production, sales, and support of weighing and control systems, is seeking a Strategic Business Partner to the CEO.This managerial role reports directly to the Group CEO and is a high-potential profile that will play a key role in supporting the top management in governance and strategic development of the subsidiaries. The role involves cross-functional responsibilities with high exposure, focusing on reorganizational projects, managerial evaluation, harmonization of international processes, and optimizing dynamics between the parent company and subsidiaries. The person will facilitate dialogue, capable of engaging with sensitivity and rigor with foreign General Directors, avoiding conflicts.Main Responsibilities:Assist the Group CEO in analyzing, managing, and implementing corporate restructuring projects for the subsidiaries.Contribute to analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of the current managerial structure within the subsidiaries.Participate in defining strategic objectives for the subsidiaries, subject to approval by the Board of Directors.Monitor the implementation of approved objectives at the subsidiaries.Facilitate communication and coordination between the parent company's management and the foreign General Directors, acting as a mediator and catalyst.Analyze corporate statutes, power lists, and contractual documents to identify areas for organizational and managerial improvement.Promote integration of technical and managerial aspects in decision-making processes, collaborating with local external consultants to develop corrective strategies (e.g., governance adjustments, legal processes, strategic supplier or client agreements).Handle critical situations with a diplomatic approach, maintaining balance between central control and local autonomy.We are looking for a high-profile managerial candidate with a degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Law, or related disciplines, with experience in managerial roles within international contexts, preferably in industrial companies with foreign subsidiaries or strategic consulting firms. Experience in managing complex organizations, analyzing and revising corporate and contractual structures, and understanding basic technical and industrial dynamics to facilitate communication across operational, engineering, and managerial functions is mandatory. Excellent knowledge of English is required (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, communication, and mediation skills; an analytical, reflective, methodical approach, and a consensus-building attitude; balanced and flexible to work with unconventional foreign managers without conflict. International travel (mainly European) to visit subsidiaries is required.Work location: Campogalliano (MO)
