If you are ready to make a significant impact and help us grow, we invite you to apply for future opportunities.How will you make a differenceDrive New Business: Identify and secure new opportunities within existing and targeted strategic accounts.Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in client accounts to enhance collaboration and trust.Lead Sales Initiatives: Take charge of strategic sales efforts, ensuring effective implementation to maximize revenue and growth.Innovate with New Offerings: Introduce and promote new products and services from our expanding LRQA portfolio to meet client needs.Contribute to Bids: Play an integral role in strategic bids, contributing expertise and insights to the bidding process.Local Leadership: Serve as a local lead for strategic accounts, partnering with Global Account Managers (GAMs) to drive sales and maximize pipeline opportunities.Achieve Performance Goals: Focus on retention, revenue growth, and new client acquisition as key performance indicators for your success.Develop Strategic Plans: Create and execute comprehensive account plans that align with our group growth objectives, optimizing revenue opportunities.Manage Pipelines: Ensure a strong and growing pipeline by collaborating with regional / global teams.What will you bringMinimum of 3 years' experience in a Strategic Account Management or sales role in the inspection field, familiar with industrial inspection processes such as ASTM, ASME, PED.Demonstrable experience of achieving annual sales targets, selling products and services in a comparable role in a B2B environment.Proven experience of working with large strategic organizations to develop sales solutions.Experience in developing contract values with large accounts through year-on-year double digit growth.Experience in preparing and delivering proposal presentations to senior-level audiences.Experience in managing quotations, bids, and proposals, including knowledge of pricing strategies to achieve required margins.Knowledge of the business assurance sector is highly advantageous but not essential.LRQA stands for dedication to clients, market firsts, and deep expertise in risk management.
