Gifrab Italia SpA, a historic leader in the Fashion Retail sector, is seeking an Store Manager for a prestigious new store, Bucalo, opening at the Il Casale Shopping Center in San Cataldo (CL).The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a similar role within structured Fashion Retail companies.Position MissionEnsure the operation, achieve commercial results, and foster growth of the store in line with company policies, mission, and values.Main ActivitiesEconomic AreaAchieve sales targets; monitor performance indicators; control store costs, intervening directly to optimize and limit them.Commercial AreaMeet sales goals, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience; maintain the store image and team presentation; animate commercial spaces according to visual merchandising guidelines; analyze socio-economic context and monitor market trends.Human Resources AreaCoordinate and supervise staff; set objectives and evaluate performance; contribute to team development; foster a positive work environment.Management AreaEnsure compliance with procedures and regulations; manage cash flows, inventory, and administrative documentation; oversee stock management.RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in a similar role within structured Fashion Retail contexts;Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of KPIs;Strong management and organizational skills;Proven experience in team leadership;Customer and sales-oriented attitude;Specific training in assisted sales techniques;Good command of Microsoft Office;Fluent in written and spoken English.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, with growth potential, excellent organizational and time management skills, result-oriented, analytical, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in demanding environments.Position classification will be based on experience, full-time CCNL commerce.
