Ideal candidates have retail or luxury fashion experience, excel at team building, and delivering excellent customer service. You will oversee the store launch, from recruitment to daily operations and sales, shaping the store culture from the start.ResponsibilitiesSupport the area manager in store strategy and operationsManage all aspects of the storeImplement sales strategies to meet/exceed targetsOptimize merchandising and sales spaceManage stock levels and replenishment cyclesMaintain product and fashion knowledgeApply visual merchandising standardsEnsure customer reception aligns with guidelinesCoordinate store activities (events, launches, campaigns)Train and develop new staffPromote effective team communicationMonitor team KPIs and performanceAnalyze customer behavior KPIsAchieve department budgets and targetsFollow company procedures and policiesQualifications & ExperienceCitizenship or work permit required5-8 years in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor, etc.) in retail or luxury fashionKnowledge of trade KPIs, budget management, reportingAgility, problem-solving skillsResults-orientedTeam management skillsBachelor's or master's degree preferredFluent in Italian and EnglishProficiency in ExcelDesirable (Not Essential)Knowledge of CEGIDYour ApplicationIf interested, please apply with your updated CV via “Apply Now” or email us.
