Embrace each other.We are looking for someone who is ready to make a difference, in an intercultural environment made of love and passion, talents and out-of-the-box thinkers.Marni is looking for a Store Manager for its relocated flagship store in Monte Napoleone.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing active role on selling floorContinuously motivate sales staff to meet assigned sales and productivity goalsEstablish and implement regular action plans in cooperation with Retail Manager, to develop sales for each product category and clientele (both local and tourist)Be aware of local trading environment and its impact on salesAct as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationship with VIP clienteleEnsure adequate client and prospect databasesImplement events that will continue to grow customer base, with emphasis on building local marketImplement in-store marketingAim to exceed customer expectations of our services and products, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction at all timesSupport and manage omni-channel activities (In store pick-up, etc.) ensuring full compliance with corporate standard and guidelinesHire, evaluate, train, position and discipline staff in accordance with company policies to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals; encourage and support individual development of staff; identify training needs and work with HR to create and implement training plansMeet inventory accuracy, review merchandise assortment on a regular basis; plan and act to optimise stock level and stock mix to reflect sales, buying trends and customer demandsExecute all procedures and processes defined by the company, oversee all facets of store operation including daily sales reports, weekly and monthly sales reports to Head Office; comply with stock protection and maintain loss reduction standards; achieve financial objectives and adapt quickly to any situationMonitor and ensure selling processes including record sales and register operation, receiving and processing home and foreign credit, cash or other paymentsEnsure Cash Shortage = 0Ensure the store communicates our brand values in all aspects, maintain the highest degree of customer service every day; foster a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere in the storeEnsure brand ambassadors have proper skills to handle complex customer service issues (product knowledge, dissatisfied customers, returns, defective merchandise, repairs)Maintain merchandising standards as recommended by Visual Merchandising team and ensure displays reflect the brand spiritEnsure good team spirit and translate Brand attitude of entrepreneurship, togetherness, excellence, creativity and positive impactBe an active member of the store managers community: share best practices, provide feedback and supportImplement, in partnership with other company functions, clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty and increase client spendingOrganize energizing team briefings and maintain a consistently high level of motivationYou will work closely with: Retail Operations, In Store Sales, Stock Operations, Buying, Visual Merchandiser Team, Finance & Admin, HR, LogisticsRequirementsBachelor’s degree or aboveMinimum 5 years of Store Management experienceExperience from a luxury brand is a mustStrong leadership skills to inspire, motivate and build respectful working relationshipsSelf-motivated, able to work autonomously and results drivenExcellent communication, interpersonal, coaching and feedback skillsFluent spoken and written English; an additional language is a plusPassion for the BrandDigital awareness and interest, with ability to navigate social media and e-commerce sitesGDPRLI-FIDetailsLocation: Milano, ITEmployment Type: Full timeFunction: RetailSeniority: Expert
