If you would like to join Aesop, we invite you to peruse our current career opportunities.POSITION PURPOSEThe Store Manager will be responsible for leading our new signature store in Florence - managing the sales and operation of the store to maximize results and the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Service and selling are key to the success of this store where we will offer an un-paralleled Aesop experience which also includes our largest bespoke facial treatment offering.The Store Manager will need to foster a strong sense of teamwork and openness, in line with Aesop’s culture and values.We are looking for a highly commercial, experienced people manager who will lead with passion and presence, someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a flagship space and / or a multi site role such as cluster / regional manager.To be successful, you will have -Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive resultsThe confidence to sell products requiring specialist knowledgeA willingness to embrace demonstration-based sales techniquesCommercial acumen - demonstrated experience in driving business KPI’s, staff planning, inventory etc.Excellent communication skills and merchandising abilities - including the capacity to converse warmly and effortlessly with customersComputer literacy encompassing strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office suiteDeep affinity of the Aesop brand and its valuesAbility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as neededAesop proactively seeks out curious, creative, passionate individuals who think laterally and are capable of delivering work of the highest standard.
