For more than 120 years, the German Maison has been creating thoughtful mobility tools for discerning travellers worldwide, blending luxury and functionality while honoring heritage, craftsmanship and a commitment to innovation.Location: Milan, Via VerriOpportunityJoin RIMOWA as our Store Director for the flagship store and help shape the experience of a brand that stands for quality, innovation and timeless design.ResponsibilitiesElevate Luxury RetailImplement strategies to enhance the luxury customer experience and achieve outstanding business results.Build, manage and develop a high‑performing team dedicated to excellence.Oversee flawless store operations, collaborating closely with HQ.VIP Client ManagementEnsure customer service exceeds expectations at every touchpoint.Develop and maintain a loyal VIP customer base using advanced CRM tools.Strengthen relationships with VIP clients and manage PR engagements.Business Development & PerformanceDrive sales performance, monitor KPIs and implement strategic improvements.Identify new opportunities and collaborate with merchandising for optimal stock levels and visual standards.Team LeadershipFoster a supportive work environment through goal setting, performance feedback and team‑building activities.Attract, recruit and develop the best talent in the industry.Client Care ExcellenceManage post‑purchase care services, optimizing processes for repairs, warranties and exchanges.Maintain high standards to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.Operational ExcellenceEnsure smooth daily operations and effective cost control.Complete necessary administrative work and reporting accurately and on time.QualificationsBackground and ExperienceMinimum 10 years’ experience, preferably in luxury retail.Proven track record managing a high‑traffic store as a Store Manager.Excellent interpersonal skills: effective verbal and written communication.Strong leadership skills with experience training and coaching team members.Ability to interact with clients in a sophisticated manner.Proficiency with digital tools and POS systems.EducationUniversity degree (e.g., bachelor’s) in a related field.Additional SkillsExcellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.A proactive and innovative approach to improving store processes and customer experiences.Fluency in English and the local language; additional languages are a plus.Offer and BenefitsA competitive salary based on experience with additional profit‑sharing scheme.Lunch tickets €9 per day.Staff discount on RIMOWA products as well as regular LVMH Family & Friends offers.Your own RIMOWA Essential Ambassador suitcase after 6 months on a permanent contract.Financial and psychological support through the LVMH Heart Fund.An international and exciting environment within the LVMH Group.Exciting projects and individual career‑development opportunities.Regular product and leadership trainings to continuously expand your know‑how in the luxury segment.Ready to Elevate Your Career?
