They also guarantee the safety of products and valuable materials in the store and warehouse.Key Responsibilities:Inventory managementResponsible for daily cycle countsPlans and executes annual inventoryEnsures all stockroom guidelines are followedComplies with company policies on merchandise and store security to minimize lossEnsures all items are accurately priced and ticketedLiaises with the store manager to optimize stockroom managementTrains team members on inventory guidelines and policiesEscalates discrepancies or issues with stock to the managerMaintains a clean and organized stockroom, including transfers and returnsPrepares goods for shipment to clients, other stores, or the warehouseAssists the store manager with after-sales activities and repairsHandles end-of-season returns and product transfersLiaises with couriers to ensure timely deliveriesFollows shipping and receiving procedures for accurate processingClient servicesEnsures high levels of customer service at all timesSupports store management in achieving sales goals and KPIsAssists with floor directives, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeepingReplenishes merchandise and monitors floor stockAdheres to visual standards and POS policiesCollaborates with management to educate the sales team on sales plans and goalsDemonstrates operational proficiency and trains team members in daily store functionsRequirements:Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skillsExperience with retail systems and operationsAbility to work a flexible retail scheduleThe Valentino ecosystem fosters a diverse and inclusive culture, where each colleague's unique attributes contribute to our shared success.
