WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORSTEM Graduate – Junior System Administrator Linux (Fixed-Term | On-site)Location: Rome, Tor Tre Teste (on-site, 5 days/week)Join our client’s elite technical team supporting European space programs. The company partners with space agencies and institutions, with expertise in IT systems, operations, and engineering support for ground segment infrastructures.
We seek a motivated STEM graduate (preferably in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or Telecommunications) eager to start their career in a dynamic, international environment. The role involves supporting Linux system administration, database management, and technical verification in high-security environments. A B2 level of English is required.
The ideal candidate has completed an internship or held a junior role and is ready to take ownership of operational tasks, collaborate with clients, and grow professionally.
YOUR TASKS

Support Linux system administration
Manage databases, monitoring, and configuration
Assist in technical documentation, reporting, and system validation
Participate in client operations and service delivery
Support application monitoring, testing, troubleshooting
Follow ticketing systems and workflows

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in STEM (Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications)
English B2 or higher
Basic knowledge of Linux OS and databases
Strong communication skills and client-oriented attitude
Hands-on mindset, flexibility, quick learner
Preferred: internship or junior experience, familiarity with ticketing tools
Availability to start quickly

Location: Rome, Tor Tre Teste
Contract: Fixed-term or freelance, until January 2026
Work environment: International, fast-paced, high-security
Start: Immediately
