Mission
Assist the Sales, Groups and Events department by performing both operational tasks and event coordination. You will support daily sales activities and help plan and manage hotel events, collaborating with all commercial departments.
Responsibilities

Support the commercial and events team
Prepare contracts, send quotations, schedule appointments, and manage expense reports
Develop commercial relationships through phone calls and email presentations
Manage website content for multiple sites
Prepare signage, presentations, and reports following the Event Manager’s instructions
Work on the Opera system and other reporting systems for events
Assist guests by phone, email, or in person for any event detail

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in hospitality or tourism
Strong desire to learn and grow within the Sales, Groups & Events team
Theoretical knowledge of luxury hotel promotion and sales dynamics
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Fluent Italian and English at B2 level (intermediate)
Preferable knowledge of the Opera system
Residence in Rome

Full‑time internship with shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
