Our global support network ensures reliable service for clients from refineries in Dubai to oil platforms in the Pacific, whether in terms of product specifications or turnaround times.At KCA, our engineering skills are often used ‘on demand,’ and we are adaptable to each client’s specific requirements. Our ultimate goal is to develop and produce fire protection solutions tailored to our clients’ specifications.Driven by continuous growth, we are seeking a Procurement Specialist for our manufacturing location in Bressana Bottarone (PV), who will be part of our Material Department.The role will focus on checking open purchase orders in SAP daily, controlling supplier on-time delivery, contacting suppliers directly, and monitoring delivery statuses of various materials. Responsibilities include:Organizing transportation for materials ready for collection from suppliersManaging courier operations and organizing transport of materials to and from suppliersCoordinating transportation of customer orders and ensuring schedule compliancePreparing shipments for external processing through SAP’s Subcontracting Cockpit, collaborating with the warehouse to ensure raw materials are ready for pickup and shipment, and preparing related transport documentsCreating purchase orders for all consumables in SAP and supporting urgent procurement activitiesSupporting all procurement department activities, including master data creation for raw materials, consumables, semi-finished, and finished products in SAPManaging supplier relationships, verifying open order statuses, and operational management of subcontractorsSupporting warehouse planning and organizing shipments of materials for rework from and to subcontractorsRequirements include:At least 3 years of experience in internal logistics management within structured production environmentsExcellent knowledge of SAP (S4/Hana), especially MM module for procurement and stock management; PP module is a plusIntermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)Operational experience in warehouse coordination and internal logisticsKnowledge of stock management procedures in SAP using MRP (reorder points, safety stock) and KanbanExperience with inventory and cycle count proceduresKnowledge of Italian and English at intermediate levelConditions include occasional travel throughout Europe and the Middle East.
