CDP Equity is looking for a student to join the “Investimenti e Gestione Partecipazioni” structure, specifically the “Infrastrutture e Telecomunicazioni” team, supporting investment and portfolio company management.
Responsibilities

Monitor periodical performance of portfolio companies’ operations, highlighting criticalities and opportunities.
Support internal stakeholders—including CDP/Equity board members—in budget/business‑plan analysis and documentation for board and committee meetings.
Prepare data and analysis for periodic meetings with the management of portfolio companies.
Analyze sectors and market segments to identify new investment opportunities.
Support investment evaluation through business plans, financial and commercial analysis.
Assist the team in due‑diligence processes and risk/opportunity assessment.
Help prepare negotiation meetings with counterparties.
Coordinate with consultants/advisors.
Prepare documentation for internal committees and board meetings.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related field.
Preferably a previous internship in the finance sector, consulting, banking, or investment funds.
Excellent knowledge of English, Office Suite, and preferably Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, or Factset.
Strong analytical, communication, and relational skills.
Flexibility, adaptability to diverse tasks and priorities.
Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
Team‑working attitude.
