OverviewIntern in Product Management (Italy & East Adriatic). ROCKWOOL Italia is looking for a motivated and curious Post‑Graduate Intern to support the Head of Product Management for Italy and East Adriatic, who oversees the assigned product portfolio and coordinates all related initiatives in close collaboration with functions across the organization. Our product range covers the full portfolio of building insulation solutions for the local markets, including internal insulation, façades, roofing systems, and HVAC & Fire Protection applications. The role provides the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute in a dynamic international environment by supporting ROCKWOOL’s innovative insulation solutions that combine high-quality performance with environmental sustainability.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the analysis and monitoring of the Italian insulation and construction markets, including competitor overview, customer needs, and market trends, to help define and implement product strategiesAssisting in product portfolio management and development: tracking performance, launching new products, and phasing out selected ones in alignment with the sales teamSupporting the introduction of new products for specific projects, in coordination with the technical and sales departmentsContributing to the creation and revision of content for product positioning and value propositionsPreparing presentations for internal meetings and external eventsAssisting with project management activities, including KPI tracking, budget monitoring, and timeline managementManaging and updating product information in the PIM (Product Information Management) database, ensuring accurate data across all channelsWhat we offerPaid post‑graduate internship (stage extracurriculare) of 6 monthsMeal ticketsA unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in an international company, exploring both the technical and commercial aspects of Product ManagementThe chance to leverage customer insights and market data to optimise the product portfolio, while developing your skills and collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds across different countries and disciplinesWhat you bringBachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Engineering, Economics or related fieldsExcellent command of Italian and English (spoken and written)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication abilities (written, verbal, and digital), including confidence in preparing and delivering presentations to various stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong digital skillsAbility to work effectively in a team within a matrix and multicultural environmentCuriosity, proactivity, and a strong willingness to learnPlace of workMilan office (Arco della Pace) – with 1 day of remote work per weekAbout ROCKWOOLROCKWOOL is a global company founded in 1937, focused on sustainability and collaborative culture.
