In Primark, at the heart of all our processes are our people : the Human Resources function is called "People and Culture" and is present in all our stores.Would you like to become part of the HR team in a dynamic, international, and constantly evolving company?Primark is expanding throughout Italy, and we are building the People & Culture teams for our stores!You will learn from colleagues and gain experience by addressing challenges related to managing Human Resources in a store with at least 200 employees.This highly formative experience will allow you to acquire knowledge in Human Resources and provide opportunities to interact with other functions for real growth and orientation.Working alongside the Store P&C Business Partner and colleagues, you will be responsible for :Administration : attendance recording, shift changes, sick leave, holidays, payroll management;Organization : understanding the logic behind scheduling, supporting managers in creating schedules based on commercial commitments, organizing holiday plans;Selection : posting job ads, screening CVs, conducting interviews for sales staff at the reference store;Training : onboarding new colleagues, induction processes, and development plans;Safety : organizing mandatory training for store personnel, reporting, PPE, emergency plans.If you meet the following requirements :Degree in Economics, Law, Humanities, or a Master's in Management / Human Resources;Attention to detail and accuracy;Ability to learn;Proficiency in Office suite;Full-time availability for 40 hours per week from Monday to Saturday (five working days).Apply now!J-18808-Ljbffr
