Job Responsibilities

Lead New Product Introduction efforts to ensure delivery on schedule, on budget, and meeting market requirements.
Partner with product definers and customers to set project scope and requirements.
Work with functional area managers to identify needed resources.
Engage with functional area leaders to build and drive the program to completion.
Identify and mitigate risks to program success.
Advise and report on program progress and priorities.
Track all items required for NPI.
Ensure adherence to NPI process and industry standards.
Provide regular communication to senior leaders and customers on program progress, risks, and challenges.
Solve problems proactively.
Identify risks early and plan for contingencies (Anticipate).
Find opportunities to prevent problems before they manifest (Prevent).
Coordinate solutions with managers and technical staff (React).
Drive improvements in processes and perform end-of-project reviews to identify and close gaps.
Partner with functional leaders and peer program managers to refine best practices for NPI.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in semiconductor or adjacent fields in a technical role (Applications, Operations, PE, TE, Reliability, Design, Packaging, etc.).
Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs to market.
Knowledge of program management best practices and tools.
Understanding of financial considerations in product development and portfolio management.
Strong communication skills to convey complex technical content to non-experts.
Flexibility to adapt to emerging technologies and changing project scopes.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in a technical role.
Experience in power electronics or automotive NPI is a plus.
PMP certification is a plus.
