The Position
As a Product Manager for Roche Sequencing Solutions (d/f/m), you will actively shape the future of genomics and play a key role in one of the most strategically important product launches. You will lead the launch strategy for a new sequencer and collaborate with sales, marketing, and global teams.
What you’ll do

Visionary Strategy: Develop the launch strategy, perform market and competitor analysis, and drive strategy execution.
Innovative Marketing: Design effective marketing concepts, manage creative campaigns and events, and measure impact.
Voice of our Customers: Work closely with sales, visit key customers, build a network of opinion leaders, and represent Roche at conferences and trade fairs.
Project Leadership: Lead complex projects, navigate matrix organization, and act as the commercial contact for EMEA and Latin America.

What you’ll bring

Professional experience in Next Generation Sequencing, with at least three years in product management or strategic marketing.
Strategic mindset, analytical and creative thinking, and preferably experience in strategy consulting.
Marketing expertise covering segmentation, campaign development, and performance measurement.
Strong communication skills, confident presentation, and excellent English.
Degree in life sciences, marketing, or business administration and willingness to travel internationally.
