The qualified professional we seek is a Product Specialist with these qualifications.Qualifications and Requirements Minimum Requirements Doctorate degree and 6 years of directly related experience or Master’s degree with 8 years of directly related experience Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, and engage in productive debate and collaboration with senior leaders. Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and succeed in a highly-matrixed environment. Ability to conduct situation analysis of external environment and synthesize relevant information for business strategies and support development of country-specific strategic plans. Direct payer experience and / or experience in product commercialization National experience and track record of achievements Possesses unquestionable integrity and a sense of confidence, balanced with humility and sense of humorPreferred Requirements Degree in Health Care Management (Policy / Planning / Health Care Financing / Health Economics / Public Affairs) Strong understanding of payer and government environment, including reimbursement, pricing and contracting, value drivers, formulary management, HTA policy and government affairs / policy / advocacy. Strong oral / written presentation skills. Strong strategic planning skills—both at the product and country (cross-portfolio) levels. Ability to identify compelling ways to demonstrate and communicate product value to payers.
