Sr. Finance Manager – Controllership Management

Responsibilities, Authorities and Accountabilities
Work closely with GT Operational and Finance teams on the Service flow and overtime transactions to ensure adequate controls, including CSA Reneg, CSA Catalog reviews, CMR reviews, Repair progress, JV scope of work, Flow equipment controls, BDR assessment, CACL aging, LDs review.
Work on policy review and simplification to ensure a continuous alignment of processes and controls to business evolution, in compliance with SOX.
Calculate and perform the quarterly equity pick up for equity method investments, to ensure adequate quarterly reporting.
Provide timely and accurate analysis to IET Headquarter and Global Finance Operations team on the execution of accounting processes (monthly & quarterly close, Balance sheet review, account reconciliation) and other relevant Controllership metrics.
Partner with Internal and external auditors, coordinate and support the audit to timely provide the documentation required.
Collaborate with Business finance and functions in the resolution of IA findings and SOX deficiencies, through the identification of the root cause, ensuring the non‑recurrence of the issue.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college; about 10 years of experience in Finance.
Strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead teams.
Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
Controllership expertise would be considered as a plus.
