How will you make an impact?
The Sr Client Services Project Manager is responsible for providing global operational leadership and proactive client relationship management. This role ensures effective communication, business engagement, implementation, and service delivery to foster client retention, growth, and long-term partnerships. You will lead global teams including Project Leads and Managers across multiple service lines such as Distribution, Packaging, Clinical Supply Optimization, and more.
For large global clients utilizing multiple services, the Sr Client Services Project Manager manages the relationship holistically, understanding client strategies and pipelines, leveraging our global network, and serving as the escalation point for client issues.
What will you do?
Manage and lead strategic operational aspects of large-scale clinical trial projects to ensure timely and risk-mitigated delivery.
Analyze and assess client business potential, working with relationship directors and development teams to formulate growth and strategic plans.
Act as the "Voice of the Customer" to understand and respond to client needs.
Determine optimal work placement across sites considering technology, region, and capacity.
Keep executive sponsors informed of client relationship issues and developments.
Lead client business reviews, quality meetings, and workshops, monitoring actions and performance metrics.
Define project milestones with the Global Project Leader and monitor critical paths.
Conduct risk reviews and establish shared risk mitigation plans.
Facilitate escalation processes for client issues, liaising with global leadership to ensure resolutions.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to support improvement initiatives.
Review budget performance and assist in revenue collection as needed.
Set priorities, monitor progress, and report on key metrics.
Use effective communication skills to influence decisions and lead discussions across multi-site projects.
Travel 10-25% domestically and internationally as required.
