Business Development Manager is responsible for specifying, planning, and growing new products and solutions in the Energy Storage segment. This role is key in formulating innovative product solutions and building productive, sustainable relationships with external and internal partners (suppliers and customers) to ensure successful business expansion.Responsibilities :Collect and understand customer needs, market trends, and input from leadership to align product strategy and roadmap in the Energy Storage market.Identify opportunities, prepare proposals for RFPs, handle budgeting and pricing, negotiate contract terms, and conduct post-bid analysis.Develop and engage early adopter customers for testing and launching new Energy Storage products and solutions.Conduct feasibility studies and develop business plans for product or service improvements, customization, re-modeling, and new product development.Assess operational issues related to competitiveness, staying updated on trends, innovations, and pricing to identify new market segments.Coordinate with internal development and delivery teams or external suppliers to ensure product and schedule consistency.
