Are You ready to make an impact?
As a n Import Export Sr. Analyst position You will be a part of Lenovo’s Global Import Export Compliance team and support the EMEA Import Export teams.
Responsibilities
A working knowledge of and ability to apply laws and regulations related to global trade compliance is required with focus in Italy
Support the EMEA Import Export Sr. Manager and the EMEA Import Export Team with customs requests
Support Customs / Intrastat audits for the all BU in Italy and in EMEA region
Support Tax audits in Italy
Manage the Intrastat reports in Italy with Intrastat Service provider and local authorities.
Provide day to day assistance to business units on compliance with Customs and other government agencies.
Execute import / export compliance activities such as commodity jurisdictions, product classifications,
D2D customs operational issues take care that all documents, invoices, freight documents, Packaging list, T1 are compliant for customs clearance).
Provide Product (HTS) classification in SAP system
Archiving and record keeping of customs related documents
D2D operational contact with broker, carrier, authorities and internal Lenovo departments
Requirements
3 - 5 years experience in Customs
Strong background in Import / Export and Intrastat
MBA education in Logistics, Customs or similar field
Italian language as native language; English language on fluent level
