If you hold a minimum of 3 years of experience within the hospitality sector and are looking to work for a company that values its employees and strives to provide a positive, healthy work environment that allows you to grow, develop, and maximize your potential, please send us your CV today.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTransmit in an engaging and effective way product and brand knowledge to company employees, customers, outlet staff, and consumers.Actively train bartenders in cocktail making.Consult outlet managers on the right spirits assortment for their outlets.Propose and build Drinks Menus and Cocktails Menus.Actively participate in evening brand events (6-8 per month), as a bartender and/or brand ambassador.Plan, organize, execute, and evaluate consumer mentoring sessions.Work closely with Global Brand Ambassadors to stay updated on recent developments in spirits and bartending.CANDIDATE PROFILEUniversity degree in Hospitality or a related subject.Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the hospitality sector / On Trade (bartending, training, consulting).Established relationships with key stakeholders in the On Trade market.Excellent working knowledge of MS Office.Driving license.Passion for spirits and bartending.Self-driven with strong planning and organization skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Greek and English.Disciplined and able to work autonomously in an efficient and effective way.Ability to communicate, negotiate, and work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.COMPANY BENEFITS13 salaries annuallyCompany CarMedical PlanProvident fundMobile Allowance20 days paid annual leaveDue to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.
