Position: Project Manager - Gare d’Appalto & Facility ManagementWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager specialized in public procurement processes, with a focus on Facility Management services (public and private markets). The candidate will support clients in responding to tenders with optimal solutions and competitive offers.Services managed include: plant maintenance, heat and energy management, cleaning, security, and integrated services (global service).Main industry sectors include hospitals and healthcare facilities, public and private residential buildings, offices and headquarters, schools, universities, cultural centers, sports and recreational facilities, manufacturing plants, airports, stations, and transportation infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze tender documents, specifications, and all published documentation from the client or contracting authority;Provide strategic consulting to clients regarding planning and preparation of technical-economic offers;Coordinate data collection and documentation gathering with the client;Design and prepare technical and/or economic proposals tailored to specific needs and tender criteria;Organize and participate in meetings with clients and other experts to analyze qualifying elements and identify optimal solutions;Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of offers;Assist clients throughout all phases of the bidding process, including clarifications from contracting authorities;Conduct post-tender analysis to evaluate results and identify improvement areas.Requirements3-5 years of experience in tender design or consulting for tenders;Knowledge of public procurement regulations (Public Contracts Code);Excellent interpersonal skills and client-oriented approach;Ability to analyze technical documentation and propose tailored solutions;Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment;Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.Skills / CompetenciesCandidates should possess logical-analytical skills, proactivity, intellectual curiosity, continuous improvement mindset, and result orientation.
