This role is part of the Oncologia/Ematologia area and involves information provision to healthcare professionals within the hospital sector.ResponsibilitiesSupport the management of the hematology portfolio for hospital use among specialists, providing high-quality scientific and technical information to healthcare professionals.Work within the Corporate Scientific Service, informing Operators Sanitari and Hospital Pharmacists about pharmacological and therapeutic characteristics of medicines to ensure correct use.Collaborate with the Oncology and Hematology Business Unit and with specified stakeholders (Medical Direction, Regional Payers and Evidence Solutions, KAM/RAM, Marketing, Commercial, Scientific Service Department, Pharmacovigilance).Promote and explain the value of GSK therapeutic solutions to reference interlocutors, communicating key scientific messages.Continuously update scientific and role-related knowledge and participate in scientific training offered by the company, including through corporate tools.Ensure effective communication aligned with the needs of healthcare professionals and hospital pharmacists; plan and organize scientific information activities consistent with the BU Onco-Hematology plan.Take responsibility for executing scientific training/updates for healthcare professionals and hospital pharmacists as part of field activities and compliant with current regulations and GSK commercial model.Propose and disseminate the use of new media (e.g., web conference systems) for scientific information and collective scientific training, interfacing with Medical Direction colleagues in the same territory.Contribute to implementing action plans for the assigned territory in collaboration with national strategy.Basic QualificationsLaurea in Medicina e Chirurgia, Scienze Biologiche, Chimica with organic/biological specialization, Pharmacy, CTF or other legally eligible qualifications for the role of Scientific Information.Residence: TrivenetoSignificant experience in the role of Product Specialist (in a specialist area with innovative products).Ability to translate scientific knowledge into business-oriented strategies/activities.Preferred QualificationsExperience in oncologia-ematologica and rare diseasesEffective communication, problem-solving, conflict management; proactive, flexible and results-oriented; capable of cross-functional work in a matrix environment; strong planning and organization to manage multiple tasksGood command of English (spoken and written)What we offerPermanent contract in a very inclusive environmentPerformance rewardCompany CarFlexible benefitsCompany healthcare planIntegrative pension fundEmployee Assistance ProgrammeTax assistanceClosing Date for Applications19 settembre 2025
