Discover your exciting rolesThe EHS Specialist is responsible for the prevention of accidents, the identification of hazards and their elimination by managing the necessary actions to ensure a safe construction site and its surrounding area or working conditions. He is responsible to eliminate conditions that are unsanitary, hazardous or dangerous for personnel and/or materials.Explore your tasks and responsibilities* Support the engineering departments in development of HSE Plan, CEP, related site safety costs* Development, organization and implementation of HSE procedures in compliance with (Italian) National legislation in respect of Exyte Identity and Core Values* Development and organization of "HS System organization" based on BS-OHSAS 18001 standard for projects in Life Sciences area.* Participate in communication, promotion of EHS policy* Planning and management of HSE training according to Legal and Exyte requirements* Coordination of accident/incident investigation processes* Liaise with subcontractors to ensure good EHS practicesShow your expertises* Several years of EHS experience in major industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors.* Successfully completed education/studies as Master/ Technician / Engineer* Formal EHS qualification (e.g. Nebosh, Safety degree)* "Coordinatore della Sicurezza" & RSPP according to Italian code, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001* Fluent Italian skills and very good English skills (B2)
