Joining us means becoming part of a global network of professionals working together to shape the future of energy transition, ensuring maximum efficiency and sustainability for the world and our customers.RoleWe are currently recruiting a Sales Manager Europe – TransformersResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities leveraging existing relationships within the transformers market;Lead commercial negotiations and prepare technical and economic offers in collaboration with internal technical and production teams;Monitor commercial performance and provide regular reports to management;Collaborate closely with internal departments (quality, logistics, production, engineering) to ensure that customer commitments are met;Conduct market and competitor analysis to feed EGLA's strategic development plans;Manage sales KPIs and oversee the sales process through to closing.QualificationsProven experience (5+ years) in sales or business development roles within the transformers sector, capable of generating immediate business opportunities;Excellent command of English; proficiency in other European languages (e.g., Italian, French, German, Spanish) is a plus;Willingness and availability to travel frequently throughout Europe;Proficient with Office tools, CRM systems, and social media;In all cases, frequent travel required.
