Overview
In the role of SPA Manager at Villa San Michele, a Belmond Hotel, you will be the leader of our wellness sanctuary. You will be responsible for envisioning, directing, and elevating the entire SPA operation, ensuring it stands as a pillar of relaxation and luxury for our guests.
Primary Responsibilities

Develop and implement a unique and profitable menu of spa treatments and wellness programs that align with the Belmond brand and Hotel's strategy.
Manage the SPA's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and revenue optimization.
Lead, mentor, and develop the SPA team, fostering a culture of outstanding service, professionalism, and sales expertise.
Oversee all daily operations, ensuring the facility is immaculately maintained and that Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards are consistently exceeded.
Collaborate with the hotel's marketing team to create and execute promotional strategies to drive awareness and bookings.


Proven experience as a SPA Manager within a 5-star luxury hotel or a high-end wellness resort.


Business acumen, with demonstrated success in managing budgets, driving revenue, and controlling costs.


Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a passion for developing and motivating a high-performing team.


In-depth knowledge of current spa therapies, wellness trends, and luxury retail product lines.
Fluency in Italian and English is required.
