75% of our Seakeeper units are installed on new boats, and nearly half of all Seakeepers are sold to our European customers. As our Southern European OEM Account Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to bring the Seakeeper experience to new boat owners! By working closely with our shipyard (OEM) partners, you’ll increase the number of boats offering Seakeeper as an option and help boost option uptake. You’ll build relationships with existing OEMs and seek out new partners who are not yet offering Seakeeper.
You will make an immediate impact by:
Developing, maintaining, and growing business within the Southern European recreational, commercial, and military boating segments.
Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts at OEMs, including purchase managers, project managers, and industry professionals.
Introducing new Seakeeper models to the Southern European OEM market.
Reaching out to targeted OEM boat builders and shipyard accounts, staying updated on new opportunities and projects.
Monitoring industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Providing regular reports on market conditions, project developments, and sales performance to management.
Completing quarterly outlooks, opportunities, and meeting results, and updating the European OEM Sales Manager about activities and strategies.
Collaborating with Revenue and Logistics teams to ensure smooth payments and shipments.
Preparing optimistic sales forecasts and strategies, leveraging the strength of the European team.
Attending events, sea trials, and boat shows within the region.
Organizing Seakeeper sea trials for Naval Architects, OEM dealers, Brokers, and Charter companies.
Working with Seakeeper Factory Technical Representatives and Marketing team to provide updates, support OEM marketing, and develop territory marketing plans and budgets.

MUST-HAVES
Minimum 3 years of international sales experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
Valid passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Proficiency in English and Italian (verbal and written)
Hands-on sales approach, staying current with industry trends
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
High energy, charisma, and a persistent attitude
Strong command of Microsoft Office
NICE-TO-HAVES
Experience in the marine industry or with international OEM accounts
Fluency in French, written and verbal
MORE DETAILS
This is a remote role with up to 50% travel, including visits to our Lavagna, Italy office and regional events.
The territory includes Italy, France, Portugal, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, Malta, and Cyprus.
Reporting to the European OEM Sales Manager based in Liguria, Italy.
