Responsibilities
Drive the implementation of business development strategies across Italy, originating and closing new business opportunities.
Skills & Experience Requirements
Proven track record in a business development or sales role, achieving sales in a demanding environment.
Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, or similar market segments, especially presenting solutions to end users and consultants/specifiers.
Ability to work independently to understand customer needs, define solutions, and create professional commercial proposals for system integrators and end-users.
Knowledge of the electronic security market, main channels, and potential customers within IT & Networking.
Previous experience with a CCTV manufacturer is beneficial but not essential.
Strong understanding of new technologies, particularly network video systems and topology.
Business or technical degree level education is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Motivated to impact the market positively and enhance brand recognition.
Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and key clients.
Independent thinking, good judgment, and motivation to achieve targets.
Team player with success in collaborative environments.
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
Self-motivated, able to work independently.
Strong project management, product planning, and communication skills, capable of presenting to board level and diverse audiences.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English and at least one local European language.
Valid driving license.
Location : This is a field-based role, ideally based in South Italy, with extensive travel within Italy and potential international travel depending on experience and skills.
