In this role, you’ll be the go-to person to ensuring our sourcing processes are compliant, and risk-aware. Identifying and mitigating risks related to sourcing activities, managing audits, coordinate business continuity plans and ensuring full compliance with policies and procedure will be part of your day-to-day.
Responsibilities
Identify potential risks in the sourcing supply chain and support mitigation plan development across Sourcing Groups.
Coordinate suppliers’ Business Continuity Plans for all Sourcing Groups and Production Centers.
Lead and coordinate sourcing audits, ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage relationships with internal and external auditors.
Prepare reports and presentations on audit results, risk status, compliance issues, and continuity plans for the Sourcing Leadership Team and GLTs.
Provide training and guidance on risk management and compliance best practices.
Act as Sourcing reference for legal matters (contract templates and frameworks).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within sourcing and compliance processes.
Actively contribute to cross-functional meetings and projects.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
Fluent English required; French, Italian, or Chinese is a plus.
Proven experience in risk management, auditing, and compliance.
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
