In consultation with the Head, DDD, the incumbent will support teams in analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems, liaising with end users, software vendors, and programmers to achieve desired outcomes for UNICC and its partners and clients, in collaboration with other UNICC Teams. Tasks include:Leading and managing a team of developers, designers, and content specialists, ensuring performance and collaboration.Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets for web portal, learning, and content management projects.Working closely with clients to understand needs, translate requirements into technical specifications, and ensure solutions meet expectations.Collaborating with Business Relationship Managers to identify and develop new business opportunities.Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including project plans, system architecture, and user guides.Ensuring projects adhere to standards for accessibility, usability, and security.Supporting transition management to maintain business continuity during IT project implementations.Following UNICC DevSecOps guidelines and supporting related initiatives.Other:The incumbent may be required to undertake additional duties as requested.
