The Role
In.Te.S.A. S.p.A., part of the Kyndryl Group, is seeking a Solutions Consultant - Supply Chain & AI to join the Solutions Organisation. The role involves developing the company's positioning strategy and industrializing digital services in the B2B area, with oversight of pre-sales phases.
Responsibilities

Industrialize company solutions to enhance service delivery and develop innovative customer solutions, including functional requirements, pricing, and content creation.
Support business opportunities and critical projects, collaborating with sales and technical teams.
Manage the lifecycle of digital services from requirements to standardization and sales, including market and functional analysis.
Represent the company in customer interactions, participate in events, and deliver presentations and demos.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders, including C-Level executives.
Assist in negotiations and the end-to-end sales process.
Align customer requirements with product roadmaps and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of data analysis, AI, GenAI, and related models.
Experience with SaaS solutions for enterprise clients; digital product management experience is a plus.
Understanding of industrial and logistics sector processes.
Proficiency in English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice to Have

Experience with regulated services and processes.
Knowledge of IT architectures, APIs, Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce.
