As a Solution Architect, you will help our customers and prospects understand how to use the Mia-Platform Suite.You will be a trusted and responsible advisor to a wide range of users from small to large enterprises.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with the R&D product management team to convey the perception of the product roadmap and priorities;Improve our product’s demo and customer-facing internal technical enablement for sales teams to enhance understanding of core use cases and self-sufficiency in early deal stages;Engage in pre-sales activities for target enterprise accounts, including new business, expansion, and account management for Mia-Platform suite and project services;Main industry focus: financial services.Collaborate closely with our Mia-Platform Academy to improve developer training and product documentation.Participate in meet-ups, public speaking, and advocacy support.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;3+ years of software development experience;High confidence with cloud-native environments;Good knowledge of DevOps technologies;Excellent knowledge of cloud providers such as Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, and OpenShift solutions;Excellent knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (specifically MySQL and MongoDB);Excellent presentation and communication skills.We offer:Hybrid Workplace: We believe in work-life balance and recognize the value of teamwork, combining smart working with in-presence moments.
