As an ambitious and fast-growing startup with a clear vision for international expansion, we aim to reach 1 million claims by the end of 2026.We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated lawyer specializing in consumer flight claims (typically via small claims procedure) to lead in-court collections, either owning or wanting to establish their own boutique legal firm in Italy. Pre-court collections are managed by a team of paralegals. Your responsibilities will include filing batches of court cases to recover compensation and reimburse Out-of-Pocket Expenses (OPE) incurred by passengers, or to recover ticket refunds. Currently, we handle three types of claims: EU261 / UK261 compensation for delays, cancellations, and denied boarding; upcoming baggage claims for delayed or lost luggage.If the law or judge rules the case unfairly, we may escalate to change the law if feasible. There may also be PR opportunities related to court victories and legal issues to raise public awareness.
