The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated systems aimed at enhancing the efficiency, quality, and safety of our production and testing processes while adhering to applicable regulatory standards.Responsibilities And DutiesDesign, develop, and implement automation solutions for production or testing processesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electronic, software) to integrate automated systems effectivelyPerform testing, debugging, and validation of automated systems, ensuring reliability and compliance with standards (including RTCA DO-330)Apply Measurement System Analysis (MSA) techniques to ensure the quality and reliability of measurement systems used in automation processesIdentify areas of improvement in existing processes and propose innovative solutionsCreate detailed technical documentation, including manuals, technical specifications, and test reportsProvide technical support and training to end usersMonitor and maintain existing automation systems, addressing any malfunctions as neededQualifications And SkillsBachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalentExperience with programming languages such as Python, C#, or LabVIEWProficiency in designing, validating, and managing the lifecycle of test setupsFamiliarity with measurement and analysis tools like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and digital multimetersAbility to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematicsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to inspire and guide team membersProficiency in technical English (written and spoken)Strong team player with a can-do attitudeProven leadership potential with the ability to grow a team over timePowered by JazzHRcMQ1wVCoKH
