Your ResponsibilitiesElicit and document software requirements based on customer needs, industry standards and internal product strategiesCollaborate closely with product management, system architects, hardware engineers and software developersEnsure traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycleTranslate stakeholder inputs into clear, unambiguous and testable software specificationsContribute to the definition and maintenance of system and software architectureReview and validate requirements with cross-functional teams and customersEnsure compliance with ISO 15118, OCPP and other relevant EV charging standardsSupport risk assessments, impact analyses and change management processesYour Qualifications & SkillsDegree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related fieldProven experience in requirements engineering for embedded or software-intensive systemsKnowledge of relevant EV charging standards is a strong plusFamiliarity with requirement engineering tools such as DOORS, Polarion, or JamaUnderstanding of system modeling techniques (e.g., SysML / UML)Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skillsStructured and detail-oriented work style, and proactive mindsetAbility to work in an agile development environmentFluent in English, as well as German and / or ItalianOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefitsWHY ALPITRONICTogether with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
