What you'll do
As a Software Engineer II, you'll help grow our Milan tech hub, working on Continuity of Care technology. Your role includes designing, coding, deploying, and iterating based on user feedback. Your daily tasks include:
Designing and implementing new features (60%)
Handling technical tasks like stability, security, and technical debt (20%)
Fixing bugs to maintain platform health (20%)

Comfortable with English (our team is international)
Strong full-stack development experience, preferably in a hyper-growth environment
Experience with large distributed systems
Experience with Ruby and/or React is a plus
