Your Role
We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in designing implementing and evolving cloud-native solutions. You will help drive the Technogym ecosystem which includes gym equipment mobile and web applications and third-party integrations.
Youll use best practices in software development to deliver scalable highly available and secure cloud services.
Your Impact

Design develop and maintain backend systems using C# (.NET) and
Architect and manage cloud-native services ensuring reliability security and scalability
Mentor junior engineers fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering product and security to streamline delivery pipelines and ensure security and compliance
Handle incidents improve alerting systems and maintain service uptime collaborating with the infrastructure team
Leverage AI tools to review debug and optimize code

About You
Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are able to work in an agile environment providing teamwork that will always be recognized and appreciated.
What you should bring :

4-5 years of professional experience in cloud-native backend development
Strong understanding of distributed systems data-intensive architectures and scalability principles
Experience with Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies
Proven track record of managing and delivering complex software projects
Excellent debugging testing and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP

Preferred qualifications :

Familiarity with event-driven architectures asynchronous and real-time data pipelines
Experience tracking project outcomes via OKRs or KPIs with a focus on continuous delivery and operational excellence
Experience with AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot Codeio Cursor or similar
Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments
