What you’ll do

Design and develop scalable backend services (microservices, event-driven systems).
Build and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, Webhooks, Network APIs, IoT services.
Work with cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers, CI/CD, IaC.
Improve system performance, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with product to turn requirements into clean technical solutions.
Own features from idea → design → implementation → deployment.

What we’re looking for

Strong experience with Node.js / Python / Go (uno va bene, più è meglio).
Solid understanding of cloud services, microservices, messaging, queues, databases.
Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD.
Ability to work autonomously and deliver in fast-paced environments.
Mentalità ingegneristica: debug, measure, improve.

Nice to have

Experience with IoT, MQTT, JSON Schema, Network APIs, or distributed systems.
Knowledge of security best practices.
Contribution to open-source projects.
